Our organisation, led by the leadership team listed below, is powered by a team of 121 researchers, instructional designers, and specialists. Together they bring diverse expertise, including many accomplished professionals with Master’s and PhD degrees in psychology, education, medicine, and related fields. Together, we combine research rigor with practical delivery to create methods that work in everyday life.

Dr. Aurel Brudan is the founder of Life Management Science Labs (LMSL) and the Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS). An economist by training with doctoral studies in management, he established 12 research centers each dedicated to a key domain within the field of life management science. Through both organisations his vision is clear: to enable good lives for seekers of fulfilment and well-being across all ages through the application of life management science. Under his leadership, LMSL and ILMS translate research into practical methods, and build capabilities through programmes and publications.

Chief Executive Officer

Abdallah Diab is the Chief Operating Officer in the Operations Department at ILMS (Institute for Life Management Science). He has been with the company since February 2022. He is responsible for overseeing operations management, project management, and driving the strategic direction of the department, helping improve efficiency and ensure smooth organizational processes. Abdallah holds a Master of Sciences Degree in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University London.

With over 11 years of experience, Layla has worked with leading global brands including Lacoste, L’Oréal Professionnel, Ted Baker, Dunkin’ Donuts, Lancôme, and Salvatore Ferragamo. She specialises in brand strategy, public relations, and multi-channel campaigns, bringing a balance of creativity and business impact. Known for her ability to align international brand identities with local market needs, Layla has consistently delivered campaigns that drive engagement and lasting connections with audiences.

Dwiki is a Functional Enablement Specialist in the Operations Department at ILMS. He joined the company in 2024. Passionate about improving efficiency and optimizing workflows, he supports operations management and streamlines processes across teams. With a strong background in project management, he has led multi-country initiatives on climate action and advocacy, collaborating with government agencies and NGOs. Dwiki holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Sam Ratulangi University.

Syadza is the Research Director at the Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS), where she oversees the strategic direction, management, and execution of research initiatives across all ILMS programs. She joined the company in January 2021 as a Research Analyst and has since played a key role in shaping its research efforts. Holding a Professional Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (Child and Adolescent) from the University of Indonesia, Syadza brings over five years of experience as a Child Psychologist, working in remote areas of Papua, Indonesia.

Kathina Aninditya, joined in 2021, is the Senior Research Manager in the Research Department at the ILMS, where she oversees research projects and a team of 20 members. Kathina holds a MSc in Health Science, Biological Anthropology from Aix-Marseille University and has a background in anthropology, biometrics, and mental health, with prior experience contributing to a UNODC project. Passionate about applying research to enhance individuals’ quality of life, she enjoys exploring new recipes, painting.

Through this experience, Jesika has developed a deep understanding of human behavior, with an interest in child psychology and educational psychology. Her research work and academic activities advocates for marginalized children’s right to education and mental health care.

Together with Sri and Haifa, they led 59 amazing instructional designers, copywriters, and QA specialists to create evidence-based and high-quality courses. Tria holds an MA in TESOL from the University College London, Institute of Education. She started her early careers teaching at schools for nearly 10 years. With her passion on curriculum development, she has been playing an important role in establishing system and guidelines that can help the creation of quality instructional materials.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia, Haifa is deeply passionate about understanding the psychological processes that shape how people learn across diverse contexts.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from IPB University, Indonesia, and a master’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Seoul National University, South Korea. With over 10 years of experience in family and child development studies—including academic research, teaching, and professional roles—her research interests focus on family dynamics and older adults. In her free time, she enjoys reading, journaling, and watching Korean shows.
